Our Commitment
At Reset & Restore Co., we take pride in delivering dependable, detail-oriented service while treating every home with the utmost care and respect. If something isn't right, we want the opportunity to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment by submitting a formal concern via phone, email, or our website.
Please include:
● A description of the concern
● Clear photos and/or videos of the area(s) in question
● Any additional details that may assist our review
Whenever reasonably possible, Reset & Restore Co. reserves the right to return and correct any missed or incomplete work at no additional charge before any financial adjustment is considered.
Refund Policy
Because cleaning services are labor-based and cannot be returned once completed,
full refunds are not offered.
If, after reviewing the concern, we determine that a return visit is not appropriate or does not fully resolve the issue, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Reset & Restore Co.
All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service to be eligible for review.
Damaged or Missing Property
Although we take great care while working in your home, accidents can occasionally occur.
Any claim involving damaged or missing property must be reported within 48 hours of service.
To assist in our review, please provide:
● Photos or videos of the item(s)
● A description of what occurred
● Any additional supporting documentation
For items of significant value, Reset & Restore Co. may request:
● Proof of ownership
● Original purchase receipt (if available)
● A professional appraisal or documented valuation
This documentation may be required when submitting a claim to our insurance provider. Reset & Restore Co.is not responsible for:
● Pre-existing damage
● Normal wear and tear
● Improperly secured or unstable items
● Items with undisclosed existing damage
● Cash, jewelry, or other valuables that were not secured prior to service
Our Right to Make It Right
Our goal is to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
Before issuing any refund or credit, Reset & Restore Co. reserves the right to inspect the concern and, when appropriate, return to correct the affected area at no additional charge.
We believe this provides the best opportunity to deliver the quality of service our clients expect.
Third-Party Services
If another cleaning company or contractor is hired to correct or redo our work before Reset & Restore Co. has had the opportunity to inspect or address the concern, reimbursement for those services will not be provided unless previously authorized by us in writing.
Weather & Emergency Rescheduling
Your safety and ours are important.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, illness, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Reset & Restore Co. reserves the right to reschedule services without penalty. We will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to find the next available appointment.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
To maintain our quality standards and protect both our clients and our business, our team may document pre-existing conditions, completed work, or areas of concern using photographs.
These photographs are used solely for quality assurance, training, documentation, and insurance purposes. Client privacy is always respected, and personally identifiable information will never be shared without permission.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $40 late cancellation fee.
No-Show & Lockout Policy
If our team arrives for a scheduled appointment and is unable to perform the service due to:
● No response from the client
● Incorrect or missing access information
● Locked doors
● Failure to provide entry
● Utilities being unavailable
● Any circumstance preventing us from beginning the scheduled service the appointment will be considered a No-Show/Lockout.
Because appointment time has been reserved exclusively for your home and our team has already incurred travel time, fuel, payroll, and scheduling costs, a fee equal to 50% of the quoted service total will be charged.
Any future appointment will require rescheduling and may be subject to availability.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to your appointment.
We accept approved electronic payment methods as outlined on your invoice.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees and may result in the suspension of future services until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Returned payments, payment disputes, or chargebacks that are determined to be unwarranted may be subject to additional administrative fees to recover processing costs.
Pricing Adjustments
If the condition of the home differs substantially from the information or photos provided during the estimate process, Reset & Restore Co. reserves the right to adjust the service scope, pricing, or appointment length before work begins. If an adjustment is necessary, it will be discussed with the client and approved prior to continuing service.
Arrival & Property Access
To help us remain on schedule for all clients, please ensure your home is accessible at your scheduled appointment time.
A 15-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled appointment time for access to be granted.
If access has not been provided within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a No-Show/Lockout, and our team may leave the property to avoid delaying subsequent appointments
Examples include, but are not limited to:
● No response upon arrival
● Locked doors or gates
● Incorrect or missing entry codes
● Homeowner unavailable to provide access
● Pets preventing safe entry
● Utilities unavailable or other conditions preventing work from beginning
In these situations, a No-Show/Lockout Fee equal to 50% of the quoted service total will be charged. This fee helps offset the time reserved exclusively for your appointment, employee wages, travel time, fuel, and other operating expenses.
Any future appointment will require rescheduling and will be subject to our current availability..
Respect for Scheduled Appointment Times
Reset & Restore Co. carefully schedules appointments to provide each client with the time and attention they deserve. Delays in gaining access reduce the time available for your scheduled service and may impact other clients scheduled throughout the day. To ensure fairness and maintain our service quality, we are unable to extend appointment times due to delayed entry or client unavailability.
